Cromwell Avenue residents recently got their Alleyway gated at last - and successfully applied for a grant for planters and benches to create a safe, green space for neighbours to get together and for children to play.

As part of the October Festival of Learning, a local gardener will visit residents to show how to make the most of the planters and provide tips and advice to help the neighbours in their project of greening the Alleyway.

Meet at midday at JNR8 All neighbours welcome – come along to find out how to make our Alleyways bloom! Cups of tea, coffee, cake and biscuits provided!
