If you are a little bit older (or dare I say it, a little bit heavier) and don't want to be jumping and skipping then this exercise is for you. Because you are sitting down the chair is bearing your weight but don't think for one minute this is an easy work out. You will know you have exercised
We meet on Mondays at 3.00-4.00pm at the Tree of Life Centre and the cost is £2.00 per session.
