Manchester City Council Regeneration Team South has been working in partnership with Barlow Moor Community Centre and Inspired Sisters to re-open Barlow Moor IT and Learning Centre in order to bring training and employment support to local residents 5 days a week and are holding a launch event on Thursday 29th October.
